The Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Health Care System in Minneapolis, Minnesota seeks a board certified Neurosurgeon. The Minneapolis VAHCS is a busy tertiary care medical center which provides complex neurosurgical care to veterans. The successful applicant must be board certified in Neurosurgery and have significant post-training experience in spine surgery. In addition, the applicant should be capable of a broad Neurosurgical practice. The Minneapolis VAHCS is affiliated with the University of Minnesota, Department of Neurosurgery and is an affiliated medical student and resident training site. The applicant should be eligible for faculty appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level at the University of Minnesota, Department of Neurosurgery. Experience and dedication to supervising and training residents and medical students is a requirement.
