Basic Function: WPI invites applications for a faculty position (senior rank at the associate or full professor level) in Neuroscience to begin in the fall of 2018.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Applicants should have a strong track record in neuroscience research, funding, and teaching, and a Ph.D. within the life sciences or a related discipline. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a robust, externally funded research program in neuroscience that complements and intersects areas such as, but not limited to: systems biology, cognitive neuroscience, neuroimmunology, connectomics, imaging, bioinformatics and computational biology. This position is part of a broad cluster hire initiative in systems biology and computational neuroscience.
