Saint Luke’s Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute is seeking a neurosurgeon with advanced clinical training and a postgraduate fellowship in spine from a prestigious institution to join the comprehensive neurosciences program at Saint Luke’s Hospital, a 600-bed, regional tertiary hospital located in the beautiful Country Club Plaza district in Kansas City. It is the flagship hospital of locally owned and operated Saint Luke’s Health System which is comprised of 10 leading hospitals in the KC area. The position is available to start in the summer of 2018.
The Neuroscience Institute has recruited and developed a team of exceptionally trained neurosurgeons with the goal of creating one of the finest neurosurgery groups in the country. Several of the neurosurgeons in the practice have subspecialty interests and have developed multidisciplinary programs to enhance the quality of the work. Academic appointments are available at University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine and there are excellent opportunities for research and publication.
