Salary Range $1M - $1.2M & Comprehensive Benefits Package
Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Cardiovascular Surgeon who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. The ideal candidate will provide the full scope of adult cardiac surgical services and structural heart interventional care. This will include expertise in minimally invasive mitral and aortic valve procedures, transcatheter-based valve repair and replacement procedures, arrhythmia surgeries, and all aspects of coronary artery bypass surgery.

Qualified candidates will possess:
- Degree of Doctor of Medicine - BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon with a minimum 10 years of experience preferred
- Expertise in complex Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), minimally invasive valve repair/replacement, and all transcatheter structural heart procedures
- Preferred advanced training or completed Structural Heart Fellowship qualifications for Surgical Director of Structural Heart Program
- Current in Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting techniques, including on/off-pump and multiple-arterial revascularization
- Expertise in Arrhythmia surgery and catheter-based interventions
- ECMO expertise and experience
- Critical Care ICU patient management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment, including heart team decision-making and shared patient care management
- Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, APPs, and nursing staff with shared patient care management
