Support an established neurosurgery service with overnight inpatient coverage while keeping your daytime schedule free. This call-focused assignment is designed around unassigned patient care with a defined callback expectation.

Practice & Cases

• Adult inpatient neurosurgery coverage
• Manage unassigned neurosurgical patients
• Phone consult volume ranges from 0 to 25 per shift
• Collaborate with 4 neurosurgeons and 4 advanced practice providers

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• 9:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
• In-house overnight coverage
• 15-minute response time for patient needs

Requirements

• Must be a Physician Assistant
• Active Florida license required
• Board Certified in Neurological Surgery
• BLS and ACLS required

• Lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursement provided
• Airfare is not provided
