SSM Health Fond du Lac is seeking a board-certified, fellowship trained Neurosurgeon to join a well-established and growing neurosurgery practice. • Healthy access: New patients and surgical cases typically book out ~1 month
• Full-time role: 1.0 FTE / 32 contact hours (8 half-days)

Surgical Scope:

The incoming neurosurgeon will perform a broad range of spine and cranial procedures, including:

Spine Surgery:

• Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF)
• Cervical total disc arthroplasty
• Posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF)
• Laminectomy with posterior lumbar fusion
• Posterior thoracic fusion
• Lumbar laminectomy/decompression
• Lumbar laminotomy/discectomy

Cranial Surgery:

• Craniotomy and craniectomy procedures
• Ventriculoperitoneal shunt placement

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in Neurosurgery
• Fellowship-trained
• Active or eligible Wisconsin medical license
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative approach to care
