Mount Nittany Health is seeking a skilled BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to join our expanding surgical team and help meet the growing vascular needs of our community. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing vascular surgery program with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and physician development. The candidate will join a collaborative team with access to modern operating rooms, hybrid endovascular capabilities, and a robust referral network. This position offers broad exposure to many procedures, with exceptional mentorship from our experienced Vascular Surgeon dedicated to fostering professional growth and surgical excellence. The candidate will have the opportunity to help build and expand the vascular surgery program while developing a rewarding practice in a collegial environment.
The Position:
- Full Time; IP/OP
- 1 BC Vascular Surgeon and 1 Vascular PA-C
- ED Call is 1:4/Clinic Call is 1:2
- 1 Vascular/EP Lab
- 1 Cardiac CT (expected early 2027)
- 5 Special Procedures Rooms --2 Vascular and 3 Echo rooms on site and 2 Echo rooms at Outreach locations
- EMR: Epic!
Compensation Package:
- Competitive base salary + wRVU production incentive
